Why do we encourage collaboration? By integrating the new strategy into existing strategies, we ensure that the project will remain active after we leave. This means that there will be a project owner in the business who can easily report on the development and progress, as well as manage the project after we’re gone.

Before we launch, we take the communication to your customers for pre-testing and ask them what they think. We use their feedback to improve our prototype. Next, we will start the formal testing of your documents, website or other communications with a sample from your target audience. We analyse the data gathered and present you with a report that is useful, usable and packed full of our recommendations for further improvement of the communication. After the final adjustments, we are ready to launch.
